Just like a mirror image,that will make the printing plate in reverse and the images in banknote is same as the master plate but not a direct print from a master plate or like cast coin to stamp coin.

No overprinting please print just on what is accounted for it might turn up like a credit card printing and deducting with bunch of reciept,not equated in coins and products banknote is a representation of physical product,coins and other income,just a comment.

In the past others using pulp wool or old mailing bag like banknotes in GB.
There is also someone studied a japanese I think about the fiber in coconut or its by product like nata de coco that the fiber is strong and can be use in different ways.
