It's been more than a quarter of a century since its last publication so you won't find a copy in your regular bookstore anymore. Sometimes a copy floats around ebay. the last one i saw was priced at $25.
The library might be your next best option. admu and miriam college has a copy. It will cost you around 50 pesos to photocopy it ( unbelievably a price still too expensive for some).

| I think it would be cheaper to buy in a coinstore near you as this book (catalog) is vert thick and very heavy for mailing specially with ebay mailing fees. | |
