| This coin is a modern Chinese counterfeit with a cast Ferdin VII counterstamp. The edge of the coin is not correct and obviously inverted with the wave inward and not outward. The counterstamp is obviously casts by just looking at it. The shape of the crown is not correct, the counterstamp is very deep and perfect but the crown and the F70 counterstamp is evidently too weak which means that this coin was produced or struck together with the counterstamp. If this coin is being sold to you, please do not buy it or if it is being sold to other please warn them. I believe this is part of the lots of rare coins being sold thru Ebay by the same counterfeit rings being reported on this site. Thanks for sharing. | |
